I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I always seem to get into LDRs because a) nobody in my own country finds me remotely attractive (and the English girl I dated used to tell me so) and b) nobody’s ever wanted to move here to be with me. Just not worth it, I suppose.
So you’re ahead of the game already. Try to stay that way.
